Erika Hiller is a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach and a four-time Ironman triathlon finisher. Her passion is long distance triathlons but she also enjoys competing in sprint and Olympic distances. Erika's strong mental skills and attention to details such as nutrition have contributed to her success as an endurance athlete. She encourages optimum nutrition and coaches athletes to develop and use their mental skills in racing and training.

Her accomplishments include finishing as the 11th female in her first iron-distance triathlon and first place masters division (2nd overall) in her first 50,000-meter (32-mile) endurance run. For example, for an athlete with a fear of finishing last, Erika always sees the glass half full. "If you do, you'll make everyone else feel better they weren't last". She can relate with and coach all levels of athletes. Erika was not a natural athlete herself and loves to share the fact that her athletic life started in 2000 when her husband bet her a million dollars she couldn't run one mile.
